I spent 20 years working at Yamazaki Mazak UK Ltd and became one of the most experienced and respected application engineers within its worldwide organisation.

Being part of a European team, I was exposed to many opportunities, and was a key component in both winning high value orders and retaining customers.

I would commonly be involved in high-value enquiries across all industries and was very well travelled, meeting many customers in countries all across Europe.

Now, I am ready to offer my services directly to you for any of your machine tools, especially those with Mazatrol or Siemens control systems.

At my core, I know how to cut metal. Surrounding this, I have a vast knowledge of processes, tooling, software and work-holding, and have many valued contacts in these areas.

In addition, I was heavily involved with the Mazak hybrid products. These are metal cutting machines combined with either additive manufacturing equipment or gear cutting hardware and software. This means that over the last few years I gained a great deal of knowledge of ‘Laser Metal Deposition’, Wire Arc Additive, and gear cutting techniques such as hobbing, skiving and milling.

Finally, it is important for me to say that I am a qualified coach (workplace coaching and life coaching) as I feel that this is a valuable skill to have in everyday life. I can offer this as a service to you officially, but you would see its benefits when I interact with you and your staff during any projects that we run together.
